Hearty Healthy Heart Tips:

Simple and easy tips to have a healthy heart for a healthier life. Major areas to consider: FOOD, EXERCISE, HABIT and HISTORY. These factors must be screened deeply in order to have a healthy heart to prevent heart-related ailments and disease.

1.   Eat Healthy Foods, Vegies and Fruits. Always consider a healthy balanced diet which includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (grains, carrot, cabbage, green leafy vegetables, yogurt, beans)  oily fish, starchy foods. Eat less nuts, cheese and drinking milk. Consequently, you add garlic to your recipes.  A healthy diet can help to reduce the risk of heart ailments.
 
2.   Exercise Regularly.  Be active and manage your weight.
 
3.   Reduce Salt Intake. Too much salt can cause high blood pressure, which increases the risk of developing coronary heart disease.
 
4.   Quit smoking. A smoker has is more likely to suffer heart attack than a non-smoker, thus the risk of heart attack reduces when a person stops smoking.
 
5.   Avoid Alcohol. Alcohol increases blood pressure, can damage the heart muscle.
 
6.   Regular Cholesterol Level and Blood Pressure Check. People with high blood pressure and high cholesterol level has higher risk for heart attack.
