consider a healthy balanced diet which includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (grains, carrot,

suffer heart attack than a non-smoker, thus the risk of heart attack reduces
when a person stops smoking.
5. Avoid Alcohol. Alcohol increases blood
pressure, can damage the heart muscle.

Blood Pressure Check. People with high blood pressure and high cholesterol level has
higher risk for heart attack.
