Cucumber and it’s benefit

I eat cucumber as much as I can without knowing what are the benefits i get from it. From the time I started eating cucumber, every grocery day, never missed to buy a kg enough to last as long as it’s fresh.

I ch
ecked it out, and I was happy what I’ve learned. Eating cucumber gives a lot to improve our health.
