WALKING


We don’t need complicated exercises to be fit. A simple walking just as beneficial as it can get. We don’t need special facility nor equipment, and comes very handy…all we need is a pair of walking shoes and then we are ready to go and get started.
 
Researches usually vary on how long we must take the walks inorder to reap the benefits. However, it doesn’t matter how long or short we do it because we need to do the walking as per our body requirement.
 
A mere 10minutes daily walk for starting will eventually increased as our body get accustomed to the routine and endurance will come naturally.
